well. you can do diferent shit.
for example.
get some pork fat. render it (fry for a long ass time on low heat) and create "shkwartsy" or something called like that. then you coat the perogis with it.
sourcream is a winter every time.
you can also coat them in oil.
another thing they do in my country is dice an onion very finely, then brown it. and coat the perogis with the onion/oil mix.
