If you think its crap, then explain why its the first thing to disappear. There is NEVER enough stuffing, and it has more to do with the limited volume inside the bird cavity, assuming its turkey. We always make another entire tray of it using sausage and broth, although it doesnt have the benefit of the turkey juice. Still, the stuffing WILL be gone, all that other shit, sweet and white potatoes, the usual meats, green been casserole, cranberry sauce, pumpkin pie, etc will have leftovers. Stuffing? GONE. Every time. That alone speaks volumes.
