My upstairs neighbors are Indian. First it started with the "young single career girl" who was living there, now her parents and younger brother live with her, in a 2br apartment. The mother never leaves, the father and brother work until 5, so does the daughter, they all get home at the same time and take a nap (fucking why) until 9pm, then they stomp around loud as fuck until midnight every single day. I've confronted them about it numerous times but they still do it. I know they're H1B visa people, so I reported them to ICE for not shutting the fuck up. One of them is bound to get deported, which means they'll all leave, good.

Frankly the only reason Italian food is good is because of their cured meats and breads. The rest of it is pretty basic bitch, but it tastes amazing because of the quality of the ingredients over there. Spanish is my top pick out of the Mediterranean. Indian is my personal favourite out of the "ethnic" cuisines, but I've not had much chance to try African or Korean. Gun to my head, I'd pick Indian.

It does all of the culinary disgraces (food processing, freezing food, packaging food in toxic material) and elevated it to an unprecedented, industrial scale in the early 50's.
