I like bacon cooked just until it's no longer chewy and just slightly crisp on the edge/outside. I don't like it when it's chewy or totally crunchy, but you do whatever you find most enjoyable because we all have different taste preferences and it's silly to impose your own onto others, although recommendations are okay.
