White Guacamole is bland, just like the people who eat raw avacados and think they're the best thing ever. Latin/South American Guacamole is fantastic, the tartness of limes and freshness of cilantro is sublime. Can even add some heat with Jalapenos, some add tomatoes for more fresh taste.

This and the rest of aztec food, is the food of the future as meat increases in cost.

1) "traditional" guac which is just salt and avocado tastes good when you use good, ripe avocados

2) every guac recipe I've seen adds onions and cilantro at the very least. I add cayenne, pickled jalapenos, and red pepper flakes.

3) not liking avocado is a sign of being a child, like being afraid of non-fried fish and needing your steak cooked well-done. 99.9% of "traditional" recipes are great, there's a reason they've been passed down from generation to generation. Not liking certain foods that have been prepared competently is a sure sign of ignorance and immaturity.
