I thought Id like ramen more, having grown up eating the cheap store bought shit for years and loving it. But after trying it at 3-4 different places and never enjoying it near as much as I thought I would...Ive found it disappointing.

Pho on the other hand I can eat once a week and crave it still. Get the steak, flank and tendon (usually like the #6), medium. Bean sprouts, basil, add a splash of sriracha and hoisin for color, and a side of both for dippin.
