I just made some actually but I ate it all already. I put mashed potatoes, pureed roasted garlic, parmesan, finely chopped bacon and cream cheese in the feeling. Couldn't get that soft cheese all Slavs eat here so I had to use philadelphia.

I didn't really like it. I guess I could have anticipated that putting a starch in a starch wouldn't be that good. It needs some sort of sauce but I have no idea what would go with it. Sour cream doesn't, for me at least.

Also I have enough filling left for another 30 of them but theres no way I'm making it again. What can I do with the filling? I was thinking of making croquettes, that'd probably turn out alright.

Replace cream cheese with goat, add shredded or chunked beef roast to the filling, then do a mushroom red wine cream sauce.

I'm a Pole living in Poland and I feel offended by the fact you fried them on a pan instead of cooking them in a pot pike God intended. This offends my religious sensitivities
