It's not really the size. It's the size of the patty in comparison to the bun and condiments. Gordon's are all perfectly in sync and the other one has like half an inch of patty sticking out. It looks terrible and it makes the burger harder to eat. That's really what he's making fun of.

A burger is supposed to have meat, cheese, bun, and veggies. A lot of the bites on that burger are just going to be meat. On top of that when get to last few bites you won't have any bun left. Which will make the burger harder to eat. i. e. poor burger construction. Nice try though.
