Depending on how much you let it rise, knead it, etc anywhere from 30 to an hour for the dough, quick bake. I just use sauce from a jar and throw toppings on, quick bake for less than 10. Not too bad, just plan ahead.

Protip: when you call in your order, ask for it to be ready for a specific time. That will generally at least prevent scenario B. Also, keep a fucking blanket (heavy wool ones from the army-navy surplus work great) in your trunk (you should be doing this anyway in case of emergencies), and wrap the pizza box up in that. It will stay warm way longer than 10 minutes. We live outside the delivery zone and have to travel twice that far for decent pizza and it's still warm when it gets home.
