Its a underdosed tincture of tribulus, tongkat ali, ashwaganda, avena sativa, maca and a few other herbs.

While some of those ingredients do have some use and can provide some benefit, you need to take them in much larger amounts than provided in super male vitality.

If you want to start with one, start with the ashwaganda, specifically the KSM-66 extract. It supports testosterone, lowers cortisol and can improve mood.

The difference is phytoestrogens come in much higher concentrations, at least when referring to soy and a few other foods.
Generally, strong phytoestrogens like isoflavonoids are about 1/1000 as strong and estrogen.
However, one cup of cooked soybeans contains about 150 milligrams of isoflavonoids. By comparison, a cup of cooked beef from a pregnant cow (increased estrogen) has mere nanograms.
So hormonal activity becomes a drop in the bucket compared to sheer weight of phytoestrogens.

They're all outsourced to factories in India and China. Factories in the U.S. are just doing the final assembly into pill or capsule form. That's why we constantly have pill shortages (lowest bidder OEM in India got all their factories shut down because standards lapsed to the point even the Indian government couldn't let it go on and U.S. distributors had no alternate source cause it costs more money to have multiple sources). U.S. still have do some biologics (vaccine, monoclonal antibodies) manufacturing because they're too tricky to manufacture in third-world countries, and even that is outsourced to manufacturing specialists Quintiles (biologics manufacturing sites in Ireland and Singapore) and Samsung Biologics (South Korea).
