Froze a ten pound log of ground beef without separating it. How long is it going to take to defrost? I've eaten like 18 eggs today and I'm still hungry

Well I’d cut it as I use it. Idk wtf I’d make with 10 pounds of beef. About 1 pound would take approximately 3-4 hours I’d say. I could be wrong I don’t deal with frozen meats to often.
