Gemelli, but I also like tortellini, butterflies/bowties, and really anything is fine to be honest. It's all going to taste the same usually. Ths radiators look interesting. I had them once but I made them wrong and they got mushy. Mushy pasta isn't ideal for me because it's hard to stab it with a fork.

This. Eat whole wheat pasta.

If you eat whole wheat pasta though, it's almost like brown rice where it takes longer to cook. I boil the whole wheat pasta for whatever the package directions say, then turn the heat down to a bare simmer until the little pieces of bran in it have softened. Takes about an extra 20 minutes, but the pasta ends up having a better texture and more flavor than plain white flour pasta.
