Good idea if you don't want to cook them for hours. Unless you really hate beans being soft for some reason. Also soaking and changing the water a couple of times reduces gas.

It taste pretty good as is but its not finished. I dont have lard so im going to fry it up in ghee.

food in a pressure cooker should be cooked as quickly as possible. My soaked beans cook in 1 minute under pressure. Though I have to let it naturally cool off and depressurize, which takes around 20 minutes.

Blanching the beans before soaking is also a good idea. A quick dip in boiling water will kill the beans and stop them from sprouting while they're soaking.
