Anyone have trouble brewing coffee at high altitudes? I recently got an espresso machine and it boils over and never makes crema because of this :(

That sounds a lot like a problem I used to have. Turns out my altitude was too high. Lowering it fixed everything and the shots pull smoothly now.

That's beyond trash. The cheapest non-trash espresso machine is a Breville Dual Boiler and even it's barely passable.
