Pictures taken with cameras have exif data that 4chan wipes. While wiping that data it fucks up the orientation to further scramble it.
This started a few years ago when people were using spoofed exif data on photos claiming to be of some crashed Malaysian airlines plane. Authorities went out to the location and it was nothing. So moot realized faggots would keep doing this during shit like school shootings and draw ire to this place.
