I've been on somewhat of a diet, I lowered my carb and sugar intake by a substantial amount, and stopped drinking booze. Lost 15 lbs so far.

protip for OP or anyone struggling with losing weight: foods differ vastly in how satisfied they make you feel. Sure, if you are on a caloric deficit you will feel fairly hungry a lot of the time. But you can take the edge off your cravings by eating the right food.

Pic related is my dinner: a can of sardines and two bowls of egg drop soup/congee. Total 550 calories. Congee is very filling and quick (only needs 20 minutes to cook the rice). Next time I might try half rice half creamed corn to get the real egg drop soup flavor.

>4 slices of bacon- 200 calories
>3 glasses of milk- 500 calories
That gets me to 2100. I could definitely do that, getting to 2300 wouldn't be that hard. Not that I'd ever actually do it.
