Do you enjoy cooking for yourself alone or do you only bother when you share the meal? It doesn't make a difference to me but I hear a lot of people don't cook just for themselves. Isn't that some kind of self-loathing?

If I've got nothing to eat that's already made that I can reheat, I'll cook. Usually I try to make only the one portion. Sometimes I intentionally make leftovers for lunch the next day. Usually people are amazed when they learn that I cook so well. I do prefer to cook for others, though. Seeing them enjoy the meal I prepared has a certain satisfaction to it.

I don't bother with fancy or time consuming stuff, but I make sure to get some nice lean protein and veggies daily and generally don't eat cheap junk, even if it's the quickest way
