What is something you always wanted to eat but for one reason or the other never did?
For me it's lobster, I live in an area where its too hard to find

Japanese beef, ramen, BBQ brisket, ribs, a really good cut of dry aged (or not) beef like a ribeye or filet. I've literally never had anything better than an average sirloin. What else; never had crab, scallops, venison. Europe fucking blows.

There's something I want to eat at least one more time in my life and it's a dish of spaghetti with a spider crab sauce I had in Morocco. It's was so mindblowingly delicious that the night after eating it I couldn't stop dreaming about eating that pasta.
