What does /ck/ think of Bojangles? I had it today for the first time. I didn't think it was great, but it was pretty good. I'm sure I'll eat it again. I liked the cherry soda.

first post.

The breakfast sucks. I think they have chicken stock in the gravy botato rounds or whatever they call them are nasty 70 percent onion 30 potato. Nothing special. Bone in stuff is ok.

I prefer Popeyes

>> No.11427874

I only had it once. regular chicken was about as good as popeyes. sides and tendies were a little worse.

The chicken supremes are actually made of breast meat and BTFO popeyes tenders any day.

Popeyes has better mustard sauce though

The breakfast is great, they have country ham biscuits. Botato rounds are good too

>Popeyes has better mustard sauce though

Asking this too. I think I had the regular homestyle tenders. They were good, but a little plain.

The 2 bojangles that I've been to only served coffee, water, and iced tea. Was yours a special one?

I don't know. But they had Patio. I'd never heard of this drink outside of Mad Men, but I guess Bojangles keeps it alive.

I'm sorry you had to go to a sub par Bojangles.

I think their breakfast is better than their lunch, especially the buttery chicken biscuit, they make the biscuits in house. super good. Come to think of it I can't really remember having their lunch

They had Cheerwine too. Two different cherry sodas. Maybe I'll try it next time.

It went public a few years ago. I hope I get to go the the Eastern US and try it before the suits fuck it up.

>> No.11429798

Bojangles is the reason I don't want to move too far from the East coast. Yeah there are some sub par locations but it's always our go to chain chicken joint. When we lived within walking distance of one we would go close to closing time and the employees would almost always give us extra pieces of chicken. Bonus points I've never been to a Bojangles with a staff that was anything close to being rude. I do find it interesting how wildly the biscuits vary though between states.

It's hit or miss. I've heard there are some good Bojangles but the one in my town sucks, I think they'll go out of business soon. They run out of common items really frequently, like chicken breasts or gravy, or the employees will just give you things that aren't what you ordered. They're near a Chik fil A and a Taco Bell that are always busy but the drive thru at Bojangles always looks empty. I figure they must have bad management.

>> No.11432557

I go there every couple of weeks or so for chicken biscuits for breakfast. Baby Doll likes the Boberry diabeetus blocks. I can't go in and order anymore. It t akes too much out of me. It seems like every time, I'm in line behind some fat filthy nigger bitch who doesn't know how to adult. 15 different orders, each with some fucked-up substitution. Confuses the fuck out of the lo-pay drone nigger on the till. Start over. Now 17 different things. Oh, wait, Shontraela is callin', an' she want some too. Now 21 different things. 3 hours later, the negotiations have reached the next step: payment. Holy Fuck. Gotta split it up on 3 different debit cards. Some expired coupons for diapers or something that she's trying to use. "How much was tis? How much was that? I though this came free with that combo."

There should be a separate line, everywhere, for people who know how to order. I don't need to conversate(TM) about the fucking chicken biscuit.

Conversate is a registered trademark of niggers.
