The King of all drinks, Dr. Pepper, has been around since 1885. (In contrast to Coca-Cola first appearing 1886)

Better than Pepsi, Coke, and RC Cola combined, Dr. Pepper owns my taste buds for life.

In a recent study, scientists tell us that Dr. Pepper is scientifically proven to be 1,000,000,000 times better than any other soft drink. The secret 23 flavors in Dr. Pepper are what keep people coming back for more.

It goes great with any meal; breakfast, lunch, dinner, or a midnight snack.

I like it, personally, because it is much more syrup-y than those other drinks. Pepsi is too bland, and Mountain Dew is too citric acid-y.
If it was healthy to bathe in Dr.Pepper, I totally would.

I would like to thank pharmacist Charles Alderton for inventing it, and my mom for letting me drink it.

I've only been to the US about 4 times (and I can't seem to find Dr Pepper anywhere else)

I always think "This time I'll try it out", but I always forget once I actually choose something to drink. So basically I've never had a Dr Pepper.

What does it taste like?

I was born in Venezuela, I'm now living in Argentina, but I've been to Colombia, Panamá and Perú and there's nothing that looks like it.

I guess they might have it in some European countries? Either way, I'm still curious to know what it tastes like

You're a retard if you think Shakespeare, the Beatles, or Coca-Cola are bad. These cases go way beyond cheap overnight fad varieties of popularity like pet rocks or devil sticks and are instead overwhelmingly strong, longstanding, and consistent global consensus on greatness.

It has to be some sort of genetic thing, kind of like how some people think cilantro tastes like soap. I personally think Dr. Pepper is the worst fucking soda. I would rather drink pickle juice. However this chick I chill with at work drinks nothing but the shit.

Correct, but these things aren’t good because they’re popular. They’re good and also happen to be popular. Most popular things suck ass. It’s only occasionally that the public latched its attention onto something that is coincidentally also good

Kola nut was used in the past more for caffeine than for flavor. Also you're a mutant tastelet if you can't appreciate what's possibly the closest thing to a universally enjoyed food or drink in existence.
