I have a few wood ones I use for vegetables. One is essentially a cross section of a telephone pole, and I love it.

Then I have 4 plastic boards of various sizes the get used for meat. The largest of them is a beast, and gets used if I need to shop a shitload of vegetables for a soup or something.
