As a spaniard I'm cringing at the mix of seafood, chorizo. peas and parsley in this picture.

You either do a meat paella, or a seafood paella, but never mix them, and don't ever EVER add parsley, chorizo or fucking peas to a paella.

If you search on Google ''Paella valenciana'' or ''Paella de marisco'' for seafood paella, and hit Google translate you will find the true recipe.
