Probably not the case
If it were, scandinavians would be making pepper-less mexican food

How do you deal when you love a food, but you cant deal with the spice?
So many tasty curries i love, but have to force myself past that too spicy barrier, and end up snuffling my dribbling nose like a porcine oaf, eyes watering like fuck.
Am i just a pussy? Can i practise with spicy food? Should i just give up?

pick a level of spice you can take and eat at that level everyday, you'll eventually develop resistance to it, you may need to start small
