Anchovies, roasted red peppers, jalapenos, and mushrooms. Also most pizza places have to be asked to add extra sauce or they don't use enough.

Those aside, there's a pizza place in my town that also has broccoli and cauliflower and those work surprisingly well as a pizza topping.
