Greets /ck/ peeps. Gonna fry us up some rice, and let the haters be damned. Instead of using the electric cooktop we're gonna do this old style way, on a portable stove. Put your hate glasses on, shit's about to get real.

Saute the garlic and ginger for 30 seconds. Add the meat and cook for another minute. Ad the veggies and stir fry until they are tender. Keep them moving over high heat and they should soften in a minute or two. Add cold rice and keep stirring, breaking up the clumps. When everything is loose and smelling good, add enough good soy sauce to moisten everything. Mix well and slap a cover on it and let it cook for 1 minute more.

Let me just say that you have no authority to teach people to "stir fry." You have no experience in Chinese cuisine.

I'm professionally a Japanese cook, but we all know how be to cook basic Chinese cuisine. I personally own 3 carbon steel wok's and 1 flat wok for induction. I know what I'm talking about.

You will never achieve a "stir fry" with your set up. There's too much heat dissipation from your wok, and not enough heat.

Do you know what's "wok hei"? Of course you don't. I can tell because you season your fried rice with soy sauce instead of salt. You don't even add eggs in your fried rice.

So the least you can do is to stop lecturing other people about how to "stir fry" when youre not even a professional cook. Take some advice from other anons, and use a less confrontational language.
