Do you have any awful memories tied to food?

Recently I started making homemade ones and they're very good but now it just makes me feel dirty for some reason.

Only thing similar is we were kinda poor when my dad was in jail for a year, I really missed fast food. I did learn to cook hamburger helper and kraft dinner and junk. I was 9-10.

Saw the Doug episode where he and Patti fucked up a pizza and somehow got banana into it. At the end of the episode he's dipping a banana into a can of tomato sauce while writing in his "journal"
I wanted to try it so bad and kept bothering mom, she yelled at me and told me we're not wasting our last dollar on something like that, and for months I thought we were going to be homeless or something and refused to ever ask for anything
