bread is only a few inches by a few inches and 50 cal/slice
the ham is 20 calories a slice
i used 2 eggs total with no butter or oils, which is only about 150 total
the chili is homemade with no butter or oils and 93% lean turkey. all calories were counted in the making of the chili and this is only a tiny portion of a ~1200 calorie pot. trust me, that portion is only about 100 calories.
100+150+40+100 rounded up is only 400, but nice projecting, fatty.

eating disorders are great for 2 things: losing weight and optimising calories. when you cook with exclusively low calorie options and add no fats, you can squeeze a lot more food out of less calories than what most people can

I brined them overnight (I used less salt)
they tasted great, but they couldve been better if they were a bit juicier, so when I make them again I will cut them into pieces and then brine+marinade it

You'd have seen me walk outside,

because I wouldn't want to laugh that hard in front of the other guests.

I wanted to make a pizza for lunch, but I have no cheese or stuff to make dough, and my brother borrowed the truck so he could go to work.

So I'm stuck eating this.

You should make one. I would definitely be in there.

Also does anyone leave the tails on shrimp when they cook them?

Good looking breakfast. I'd go with more meat and less egg myself.

I take all my pictures on a 25 dollar phone in poor lighting, it looks orange. I open them in photoshop to fix them a little before posting.

Today I eat picadillo with potatoes again, this time in a bowl. It looks a little sickly in the picture but it tastes pretty good! The green stuff is some roasted jalapenos I sliced then sauteed with soy sauce yesterday, but there wasn't enough so I also have a plain roasted jalapeno on the side.

NTA anon but the ham estimate is probably fine, in America there is lots of super thin prepackaged ham and it is indeed usually 20 calories a slice.

I used nitrile and I did a testboil with waterfilled ones first to see if they could handle it and if the water would taste bad from it. They passed the test.
I doubt latex gloves would work as well as nitrile.

People in food work with latex gloves on, but I'm pretty sure those would melt in boiling water?

I'd also like to know.
