I crack mine out, measure out for recipes, and put them in ziploc freezer bags & into the freezer. I scramble them first since it is more difficult to scramble them after freezing and they won't have a proper consistency for pies and breads if unscrambled before freezing.

Once I have enough eggs in the freeze and eggs for normal eating I sell the rest. The sale of the eggs pays for anything the chickens need.
