It's pretty difficult to be into baking when you don't have a family to push the produce onto.
1 normal cake recipe always forces freezing half of it. Then that cake lasts forever until you can make another one.

What I do is I take a regular, already baked cake. All dolled up with decorative frosting. I take a slice and force it into a mug. Then I use a spoon and mash and mix it until it is a uniform paste. Then I eat it like it was a thick mousse.

My mug cake recipe...

In coffee mug, nuke 1 tbsp. butter 9or 1tbsp coconut oil)
add beaten egg, or beat egg in butter after butter is cool. Add a splash of vanilla.


Add 1 tbsp. of coconut flour, 2 tbsp. cocoa powder (unsweetened) 3 tbsp. organic erythritol, 1/2 tsp baking soda 1/2 tsp water.


Mix thouroughly.


Microwave for a minute, maybe 1 minute, 15 seconds. Let stand for one minute before moving.Top wihchocolate, sauxe, whoipped cream and nuts.
