I eat alone alot. I trade stocks in the morning and do handyman work during the day and evening. I usually eat my breakfast while i'm trading stocks by the time lunch comes around i'm out and about doing handyman work. When I eat alone though i usually grab something to read that isn't my phone like a magazine or newspaper. Then when I eat I try to eat somewhere that is facing the line of people that come in. When I have my spot established and my paper in one hand while drinking and eating with the other hand I make sure to man spread as much as I can.
