I'm vegan and you're perfectly acceptable. I find it respectable that you understand the validity of the arguments of veganism but cannot switch due to your environment.
It is a tough process. You have to learn all new recipes, declare it to yourself, and deal with butthurt faggots who get mad about your ethical superiority of 4chan if you mention it.
It's worth it though. To answer your question: if your goal is to go vegetarian at some point your an alright guy.

I like mac n cheese cuz it gives me the best farts. They're nice and wet, they have that frogginess to them, but they never border on a shart. It's like a bubble bursting in my asshole everytime. If I mix it with broccoli I get these nice long wet farts that sound like someone making fart noises into their wind instrument at bandcamp when they're trying to learn how to play it. And the smell, dear lord the smell. Sweet and sensuous yet with a sour note that just kind of dangles there at the end, never overstaying its welcome and becoming rancid. Some nights after eating a massive bowl of mac n cheese and broccoli I pass out and awake in the morning to a symphony of this wonderous farts flying from my asshole and the aroma of the pungent mist their collective aura has dabbed upon my bedroom

Personally, I don't hate meat eaters. Everyone has their own views on life and I'm not the kind of person to impose my own viewpoints upon others.

I choose to not eat meat, just like you choose to eat meat. If someone is interested in talking to me about why I stopped eating meat I'll do that but I'm not the kind of person to make passive aggressive remarks or shit on a person for eating meat.

Yeah, I know meat is delicious, but being dependant on it stops me from trying a whole new different world of flavors I want to experiment with. Meat is easy to enjoy and requires no talent, meat is to food what top 40 pop is to music. Making a vegan meal that is tasty must feel 100 times more rewarding than making a bland common cheeseburger.

I get where you're coming from but it's just not a good argument. If people stopped eating animals there would be less animals suffering a shitty life, it's not that hard to get. Of course there are meat producers that are more ethical and give their calves a relatively decent run but the ultimate goal of it is exactly the same.

I don't hate anyone for eating meat. It can be very difficult to go against something that is so deeply ingrained and accepted in our culture. I myself didn't go vegan until I moved out just because I didn't want to bother my parents with it, so I don't feel like I have any right to shit on others for it. But it's so much easier to remain vegan/vegetarian than to become one.
