Added some coarse salt as an abrasive and kept dicing and mashing. Repeated this for 2 minutes until I got a decent paste. Smashed pig paste. Yum.

Had a leftover cheese mixture that I used like a week ago or something to stuff jalapenos with. I think it was Cream Cheese and shredded Monterrey Jack mixed together. Looks alright, smells alright.

It tastes exactly like you'd expect. Not bad, not great. At least it gives me some consolation that I reused older leftovers so they didn't go to waste. Food poisoning can suck my dick.
