I used to make my own trail-mix "paste", from thin rolled oats, vanilla flavour protein powder, raisins, other dried and chopped fruit, nuts, salt and all that mixed with sunflower seed oil until it was a thick paste. It tasted surprisingly good, you could really taste the calories. The internal calorie counter goes like the ammo counter in the ALIENS sentry gun scene, but in reverse.

Kale, Black Beans, Liver/Offal, Sweet Potatoes, Sardines (Either fresh or Canned, whole, packed in olive oil.) Those are probably the most nutrient dense foods I can think of.

However, I feel bad a thread died for what looks like could have been a Google search. Are you testing us for our food science aptitude OP? If so, be prepared to be sorely disappointed.
