It's killing he that here in Korea I can't buy coffee cream: just doesn't exist. All that available is (expensive) ~35% whipping cream, and of course regular milk.

I've been looking out for coconut oil to use as a substitute.

I prefer ~18% mf 'coffee cream' (x3 in a coffee), but half and half (~10%) is fine too. This is a particular taste in coffee (super creamy, no sugar) that I have trouble indulging outside of North America.
