This is nothing new, bongs have been trying to force the entire world to be as miserable as them for centuries. The british empire was founded on that very principle.

Seeing as I once actually puked after completing a 5-pound food challenge, no, I can safely say that I would not attempt to consume 13 pounds, at least not in one sitting.

I still wouldn't eat it at separate intervals, as that would compromise freshness.

>how can 6 of you eat 13 lbs of burger in one go??
We can't. It's hyperbole or otherwise atypical.

Look at it this way: A standard McDonald's hamburger is 1.6 ounces. That's less than 1/8th of a pound. Their large burgers are "quarter pounders" or 1/4 pound. That's fairly standard for most places. Sometimes you will come across 1/3 or 1/2 pound patties but that is atypically large. Larger burgers certainly exist, but only for silly novelty marketing purposes.

>> No.11202740

>>11202714
Given that I weight out my food to count calories I think you're full of shit.

A 1/2 lb total weight hamburger would have a 1/3 lb patty easily. the buns, vegetables, and condiments are much lighter than the burger. That would be a meal on its own.

Different anon here. If you're eating just a half pound burger for dinner, dinner is your largest meal of the day, and you're eating three meals a day, you likely aren't taking in 2,000 calories.

For instance, Longhorn Steakhouse's Bacon And Cheddar Burger with a half pound patty, not a 5.33oz patty like your estimate, is self reported at 739 calories. If your lunch and breakfast is less calories...
