Most of it involves tomatoes, which I love. There's an entire vegetarian section, which I've never used, and I cannot use the grill/dessert section as I do not have a grill or like dessert
but the rest of it is nice, Eggs in Purgatory is my favorite so far. it's just a quick tomato sauce in a wide, shallow pan so they reduce fast, then dropping eggs in and covering with a lid
