Good sauce for eggs?

Trying to pack on some muscle on a budget and I have trouble stomaching 8 eggs at once. Don't like ketchup or vinergar-based hot sauce on eggs.

I also love fried eggs with fresh basil (cook the basil).
There's no reason to choke down 8 eggs at once, your body won't be able to use all that protien. 4 at a time would be enough. This has been studied, anything over about 30 grams of protien in one meal is wasted.

Make chefs salad with hard boiled eggs, or a western omelette with ham and peppers, or a salad nicoise with boiled eggs, or eggs benedict with hollandaise sauce. Or drink eggnog. Or make egg custards. Or zabaglione. Green sauce also goes well with cold hard boiled eggs.

If you're scrambling them, I recommend either cream cheese or real mayo mixed in at the end to cool them and stop them from cooking.
Sunny side-up, fried on butter, and maybe add some shredded cheddar and sriracha, or salsa.
How ever you cook them, you need salt.
