Any time you order food at an american restaurant it is assumed the workers will do that by default, unless you specifically acknowledge you will tip extra for non tampered food. Usually about a 30 or 40% tip.

If you're really obnoxious they will but you should be more concerned about returning to a restaurant where you failed to tip properly last time. This also applies to delivery and in a lot of places the delivery joints will share details of non-tippers to prevent smurfing.

I work as a butcher and recently dealt with a rude nigger lady. When i went to the back to cut her steaks I rubbed it all over the floor before packing it up and giving it to her.

I also don't change gloves after touching raw chicken/raw fish/beef etc unless I feel like you're a nice person and have basic manners.
