Well-done is the best. It might technically be slightly drier than a lesser cooked steak, but it has a better texture since being fully cooked means the individual meat fibers split apart more easily. A well-done steak doesn't have to be dry, just like fully cooked chicken doesn't have to be dry. If you like a lesser cooked steak because it's your preference, that's okay, but I'm just glad Trump got elected to finally put an end to our persecution.
