What goes into your perfect burger?

>> No.11088022

>>11088012
Lettuce, tomato, beetroot, egg, brown onion, cheese, beef patty, tomato sauce, mustard. Potentially pinapple but could take it either way.

>> No.11088028

>>11088012
>vegetables under meat

>> No.11088037

I like mine with lettuce and tomato, Heinz 57 and french fried potatoes, big kosher pickle and a cold draft beer

sweet and spicy bacon burger from whataburger, no contest

Two 1/3 patties
Four stripes of bacon
Grilled onions
Tomato
Lettuce
Cheese
Mustard

>> No.11088048

For a perfect, BASIC burger, it would be:
>80/20 ground beef patty, ~1/3 pound, seasoned with 3-1-1 salt, pepper, garlic powder
>good bun, brioche if it isn't too crumbly, toasted and topped with sesame seeds
>mayo on the bottom followed by the medium rare patty
>next is lettuce, which could be red leaf, butter, or a baby spinach-arugula mix (lettuce is really the wild card of burgers)
>two thick slices of heirloom tomato, seasoned with a little salt and pepper
>2-3 thin rings of raw red onion
>2 good quality kosher dill pickle slices
>mustard on the top bun - anything you like with high acidity - and a little good ketchup mixed in to balance it out with some sweetness

Only mayolets put the veg under the meat; it's a sure sign of a rookie cookie.

Or alternatively mozzarella, bbq sauce, mushrooms, onions, bacon.

Nope. Not that I wouldn't if pressed, but it would be more of a "He was already dead so we did what we had to." kinda thing. Too morally grounded to kill someone for any reason but as a defensive action.

Why do you think so?

My friends and I already find our perfect burgers at our BBQs
Sirloin steak Patty
Flaming Cheese (chorizo+manchego)
Sour Guacamole(avocado+grilled and chopped pineapple)
Caramelized onions
Grilled Portobello
All inside barley/wheat buns
Mexa BTW
Pic semi related to describe all that taste

One could do it that way, but it's more like egg yolk, extra virgin olive oil, strained jarred horseradish, salt and black pepper, sometimes a pinch of turmeric. All whipped up into light flavorful creamy apread. Sometimes Ill add one large roasted garlic clove of garlic, but ehh
