I made fresh lasagne for a friend of mine who's leaving the country to go back to theirs. I make the noodles myself by hand as thin as possible and do a layer of red sauce from fresh roasted tomatoes and garlic/meat, noodle, bechamel+an extremely smooth ricotta+mozzarella, repeat for 8-9 layers. Top with bechamel and some created cheese. I like to experiment but gruyere/parmesan mix tends to be best overall.

I'm not a faggot though so I don't take pics of 99.9% of what I cook unless it's a complete fucking failure. On that note here's some pancakes that became kaiserschmarnn because problems.

I eat something I cooked every day, even if I don't cook that day specifically (because leftovers).
