yep i guess its my fault the quality of worker has progressed to a level where the word "hello" is non-existant.

see i sit there because no one says hello, they think im just sitting there because im fucking with them. when i do get to order, they have an attitude.
if i happen to just order when i pull up they say "ONE SEC SIR" or "WELCOME CAN I TAKE YOUR ORDER" after i ordered,

what may have happened there is that the worker may have forgotten to push the mic button as she was greeting you. To avoid such embarrassing situations in the future, consider going "Hello?" after 10 or more seconds, instead of sitting there in complete silence giving no indication to the worker as to your uncertainty of anyone being on the other side to take your order.

If faced with a similar situation in the future, for example if someone picks up the phone and doesn't say anything, try thinking to yourself "does this person have the same picture of the conversation as I do right now?", and if there is doubt left in your mind, simply hit them with the old "hello?".

i cant go to the fast food drive thru around my town every single one has only girls working them and eye contact is almost necessary to properly get the food into my hand from the second window and when I get nervous around women and often end up crying so what I do is pay my brother to go to the fast food place of my choosing and grab it for me and it works out cause then I don't have to leave my house for almost anything

It's even worse when your paying cash.
Sometimes I'm handing the cashier a 20 and it takes them several seconds for it to register that I'm not paying by card.
Sometimes they even look toward the card machine and say "whenever your ready" before they notice the cash.
They have an autopilot routine and you throw them off when you pay cash.
