Tryna get some muscles here. I've been eating this shit every night with chopped onions and broccoli, pan fried in olive oil. What would you do differently?

I’d get ground turkey from a good butcher, to start.

Meatballs, meatloaf, burgers, are all obvious. If you want to make stir fry, I’d get turkey breast. You can cook breast like a leg of lamb, too. Get some liver in ya. Calf is best, but a little pricier than beef.

just blitz the meat, maybe cut it with some pigs blood, then get a syringe and inject it to the desired muscle, it's how arnold got big.

Try frying your meats in an animal fat like butter, lard, or tallow. Oils are good as dressings, but animal fats reign supreme when heated.

Change it up with some salmon or tuna twice a week.

>> No.11065475

Dog it doesn't fucking matter. What matters is that you get enough carbs to have the energy to work out and enough protein to stimulate muscle growth. Get your gains and then worry about eating healthy to burn the fat off. YOU WILL NOT MAKE GAINS IF YOU DONT EAT ENOUGH PROTEIN. GREEK YOGURT. COTTAGE CHEESE. MILK. CHICKEN. BEEF. OATS. ALMONDS. PEANUT BUTTER. Its torture trying to make gains without eating enough brother. You will get nowhere and burnt out. When you can press 1, bench 2, squat 3, and deadlift 4, then you can worry about your broccoli and turkey. But until then just make sure you are at least making the effort to eat enough protein and build your body. Obviously dont skip out on the vitamins and sleep etc but you will get nowhere I repeat nowhere without enough fuel in the tank.

Eat elk fag. Literally the best protein ratio meat out there.

Fucking expensive to buy, though.

I mean damn, I've been eating a pound and a half of it a day and that's beside my other meals and protein shakes.

Why even bother getting big, your life is already a joke.

>> No.11065501

True. Frozen ground elk is cheap though, and makes for good burgers. And tacos and spaghetti, if carbs are ok with you.

Or just hunt your own elk. What are you gay?

I hunt, but who knows if there’s even elk where OP’s from. Y’all forget that hunting West is a luxury and a dream for a lot of American hunters, let alone the regular consumer.

Now see, I feel like moving across the country would be pricier than just buying some elk meat.

Pound and a half of that turkey = 33g. Let's assume your weight is 160 just as an average guess. Even if you're eating that same meal 3 times a day with two 25g protein shakes on the side you're still at a deficit of 11 grams with 149. You want to have your weight in grams of protein. Every. Damn. Day. If you're already doing that then I applaud you for completing the first step. Then all that's left for you is to lift heavy with proper form, eat vitamins and get a lot of sleep. The point of getting ripped isn't to become a straight up skeletor your end game goal is lean and mean not just lean. Browse fit if you aren't already. Good luck.

I don't know if your math is off if the nutritional info here is wrong, but one serving of 97%lean ground turkey is 4oz has 22grams of protein. A pound and a half is 132grams of protein. And incidentally my weight hovers between 160 and 165, good guess

You can just visit for the hunt, homie. But like I said, that might be a luxury for some folks.

To add to my last comment, I was able to eat a container of cottage cheese just in the time it took for me to respond to you, which is going to give me more protein than 3 pounds of your turkey at 660 calories. I guess my point is you'll have a lot harder of a time making your way on things like turkey. Unless you're really out here eating 6 pounds of the stuff a day you're going to burn out.

I was told beef is better for gaining size but I'm worried that eating that much ground beef everyday can't be healthy.
That's the only reason I started eating ground turkey.

I'd go to my butcher instead of buying prepackaged garbage.
