It's like that because of how the wrap is made, I suppose, they all are like that.

There are variations. Some restaurants boast with huge wraps referred as "elephant foot", some add special sauces. Feta and blue cheese are popular. How the wrap is made varies, some are made open end and some kind of envelope pocket.

Hand edibility varies, like you couldn't eat that another roll above but this small one would be great chomped from the end when ordered in foil, to go.
