Avocado ice cream / milk shakes. From "The Perfect Scoop" by

> 3 medium ripe Hass avocados (about 1½ pounds, 675g)

> 1 cup (240g) sour cream

> 1 tablespoon freshly squeezed lime juice
> Big pinch of kosher or sea salt
