No wonder asians have the highest cardiovascular disease.

Slice a couple thin slices of it and get a skillet incredibly hot and fry them till they are crispy then put them between two slices of bread with mayo and mustard a slice of cheese and if you like some onion.

Salt does not cause cardiovascular disease. It can make it worse if you have it already, but if you're healthy there's nothing wrong with having some salt on your food.
Putting it on Spam is still insanity, though.

Lite is the only good spam. The regular is incredibly too greasy. Slice then fry. The can leaves indents where the slices should be. I would consider musubi to be good or just a fried spamwich with egg. It is poverty food though so straight out of the can would also be acceptable.

Slice thickly, bake in oven until slightly crisp
Use as a platform for eggs cooked over easy
Die of cardiovascular problems and dehydration

It's very simple

Give it a double coating of batter and flour and deep fry it if you’re a mad man like me.

Just wanted to drop into this thread and say that I tried this today and it was fucking delicious, so thanks for that.

Here's another use for spam https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Qw_Wko4XDDw

Also, off the topic of spam, another good way to make macaroni more interesting is to add some tomato basil sauce to it.

Fried with scrambled eggs and rice. Add a dash of soy sauce and sriracha.
Cubed, fried, add to ramen with egg
Breakfast burritos instead of sausage
“Raw” with a dab of sweet relish, mayo, and cream cheese, mashed together and spread on saltines. Top with sliced pimento-stuffed olives
Grilled ham and cheese sandwich
Ham or bacon substitute for brekkie

It’s really a trail food for me, or a delicacy I indulge in every once in a while. It’s really not that cheap for its quality, and it really only complements other cheap junk like wonder bread on a sandwich. I’m sure there are some Hawaiian recipes that people can share.
