bear that out. It's Skyline's execution. The cheese is like the processed cheese food on the lowest peg at the cheapest grocery discounter in town, the spag is the plainest whitest flour noodle you'd feed a three year old from a glass jar with a picture of a baby on it, and the chili is like something out of a can issued by the military during a civil emergency.

But the concept of meat sauce and cheese on noodles is fine. It's not really that different from spaghetti and meatballs in red sauce with Parmesan.
