Quite a few say we don't need meat to begin with, so it's pointless. And they say that keeping animals as "slaves" and collecting cells from them is still exploitation.

Not that there aren't meat-eaters against it too, but I'm pretty disappointed every time I see a vegan speaking against lab-grown meat.

A frog trapped in a plant. The plant lures things like frogs to it, then they fall in and can't get out. They slowly die and the plant gets nutrition from it. inb4 "that's metal" or something similar, it's pretty sad seeing something slowly die like that.

Some people are going to say you're edgy and dumb, but a lot of people have said that bad trips on psychedelics when they thought they were going to die were the most meaningful trips they had. You're not wrong. But it'd be better to experience that artificially without actually having to die soon after so you can use that knowledge for something.

>a lot of people have said that bad trips on psychedelics when they thought they were going to die were the most meaningful trips they had
The difference there is you're just experiencing anxiety and then getting over it. In real life when you're seriously ill and dying, you can experience anxiety and get over it, but that's not going to make all the other horrible shit you're going through stop applying. You're still going to be puking and crapping yourself and in horrible pain which you'll try to deal with using powerful painkillers that will just make you feel sick and awful in new ways, and the medicines you're on will probably cause all sorts of pain, suffering, and bodily damage of their own, and even the basics you've always taken for granted like being able to fall asleep or eat solid food will no longer be there to comfort you. And also psychedelic trips usually don't last for months unless you really fucked up and somehow pissed off an illicit chemist badly enough that he applied the technology here to force you into a six month long time release psilocybin trip:

Not a vegan, but it's interesting how the carnist argument that runs something like this crumbles:
>hurr durr, humans are the only sentient creatures
>instead of using our sentience to transcend our crocodile and other apex predator ancestors, let's embrace their mode of behavior as the ideal and feast on flesh
>i'm better than muh animals, but I'm going to behave like one anyway

Meat certainly does. It tastes good. It's very cost-effective. And it provides the most bioavailable sources of many vital nutrients. Not to mention that the byproducts of the meat industry have countless uses from cosmetics to other foods to medicine to clothing. (clothing which is far more eco friendly than synthetic plastics)

It actually attracts the rodent with a sweet smelling nectar. the rodent uses it as a bathroom. Then the smell of the rodent(through the feces) attracts slightly larger animals that prey on the rodent. Sometimes a small one will fall in, it's all the same to the plant. Now the pitcher plant in the bottom right; that thing eats mice, bats, and anything else that happens to fall into it.

Within the first 5 minutes or shows most of those plants. Audio is rigged to work via headphones and maybe other external audio output that way we get an uncut version that's copyright safe, as far as YouTube is concerned
