I want to open an ice cream shop called Disclaimer with flavors like Copyright, Registered, Trademark, Terms of Service, etc. Is this a good idea?

ice cream is the most pleb food; enjoyed and loved by all, especially plebs.
since ice cream shops are patronized mostly by families after baseball games, and innocent normies just looking for a sweet treat, something like "disclaimer" would be off putting, especially when they can just go somewhere normal and reliable like "grand ave. scoop" or "john's sundae shoppe"
