I don't eat them but I can see the appeal as an occasional snack. I'm a single guy and I basically stopped eating sandwiches on all but deli rolls I can purchase individually because I can never use a loaf before it goes bad (unless I force myself to eat a ton of bread). I cook big batches of what I do make so there's almost always a better option in the fridge than making a sandwich anyway.
